Welcome to Studio Switch! We are delighted to have you as part of our community. Before you start using our services, please take a moment to read through our Terms of Service. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General 1.1 Agreement: These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Studio Switch ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 Services: Studio Switch offers reformer Pilates classes, workshops, and other related services ("Services").
1.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services.
2. Membership and Class Bookings 2.1 Membership Options: We offer various membership packages and class passes. Detailed information is available on our website. All memberships have a minimum duration of three months before cancellation.
2.2 Booking and Cancellation: Classes must be booked in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the credit used.
2.3 Expiration: Unused classes cannot be refunded or extended beyond their expiration date.
2.4 Credit Transfer: Class credits are non-transferable and may not be shared with other customers, unless permitted by Studio Switch.
3. Payments and Refunds 3.1 Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchasing a membership/package.
3.2 Cooling-Off Period: If you purchase a membership, class package, or single session online, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel for a full refund, provided no part of the membership, package, or session has been used within that time.
3.3 Refunds: Refunds outside of the statutory cooling-off period are issued only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., long-term illness or injury) and are subject to management approval. All refund requests must be made in writing.
4. Health and Safety 4.1 Health Requirements: You must ensure you are in suitable physical condition to participate in our classes. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult your physician before participating.
4.2 Informed Consent: By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the exercises and the risks involved. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.
4.3 Studio Rules: To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, you must follow our studio rules and instructions from our instructors. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your membership or access to our Services.
4.4 Age Restrictions: The minimum age to attend Studio Switch’s sessions is 16.
4.5 Grip Socks: For health and safety reasons, grip socks must be worn when attending sessions at the studio.
5. Personal Information and Data Protection 5.1 Privacy Policy: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information.
5.2 Confidentiality: Client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
5.3 Marketing: By providing your email address, you consent to receive marketing communications from Studio Switch, including but not limited to:
Promotional offers
Event announcements
Updates on new classes and services
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly at contact@studioswitch.uk.
6. Intellectual Property 6.1 Ownership: All content provided by Studio Switch, including but not limited to logos, designs, texts, and images, are the property of Studio Switch and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Use Restrictions: You may not use, copy, distribute, or exploit any content from our Services without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 Disclaimer: Studio Switch is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
7.2 Liability Limit: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees.
7.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Switch, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our Services or breach of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms 8.1 Modification: We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations. Any changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, we will notify you by email.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10. Media Usage 10.1 Grant of Rights: By participating in any classes, events, or using the facilities at Studio Switch, you grant us the right to capture, use, and share photographs, videos, and other media that include your image, likeness, and/or voice for promotional, marketing, and other lawful purposes.
10.2 Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be included in such media, please notify us in writing or speak to a member of staff prior to the session.
10.3 Scope of Use: Media may be used in various formats and platforms including, but not limited to, social media, websites, newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
10.4 Non-Commercial Use: Media captured at our studio will not be sold or used for commercial purposes outside of promoting Studio Switch without your explicit consent.
